As a design researcher, I've led initiatives that integrate multidisciplinary research with the aim of fostering human development, catalyzing behavior change, strengthening communities, addressing complex societal challenges, and helping businesses to better understand and serve their customers. My career is marked by the creation of a behavioral design course targeted at strategic growth, initiating primary research and concept testing, crafting white papers that drive insight and innovation, and leading agile, mixed-method research to enhance partnership programs and product development. My dedication to inclusivity has driven me to create platforms where diverse voices contribute to shaping impactful experiences that move the needle in society. I've provided consultancy across a spectrum of organizations, from Fortune 50 corporations to significant NGOs, developing technology-based solutions for intricate issues. Currently, I work as the primary design researcher at a well-being tech start-up.
