I'm a multidisciplinary researcher and strategist, drawn to complex human problems and to understanding people well enough to build things that belong in their lives. I do my best work at the front of the process, before the problem is defined, when we're still working out what we should be solving. That usually means sequencing what a team needs to learn and in what order, then staying with it through to a recommendation people can act on.
My practice pulls from ethnography, behavioral design, systems thinking, co-participatory design, world-making, and speculative design. Together they get me past what people say to how they actually live and decide, to the wider system a product sits inside, and to the futures we could be building toward.
I currently lead research across Triple Whale's AI and analytics products, working with product, design, and customer-facing teams and executive leadership. To keep customers close to the decisions shaping the AI experience, I stood up the company's first co-participatory design program and brought them into the work directly. That research defined the user needs and the design principles now guiding the next generation of chat-led and automated AI. I also built the company's customer journey framework and led the service blueprint mapped against it. The framework underpins current product strategy and the roadmapping sessions I co-facilitated across every product area. Teams used the blueprint to restructure, hire against gaps, and rebuild how they work.
Before Triple Whale, I built the experience research function at Lotic.ai as its first researcher, running the first primary studies and writing the white papers that gave design, product, and science teams a shared language. Earlier, at Creative Science, I led research and strategy for healthcare and technology clients, shaping product vision and designing for behavior change with stakeholder research, workshops, and behavioral models tested with real users.
What I hand back tends to outlast the project: a journey framework, a definition a team builds against, a research practice.
